What is 'Christianity Explored'? Christianity Explored ia
an informal way to investigate Christianity or just 'brush up' on the basics.
It explores who Jesus is, why He came and what it means to follow Him.
You don't need to know anything about the Bible You won't be asked to read aloud, pray or sing You can ask any question you want
You are invited to come along to the next Christianity Explored course.
If you would like to know more about it please contact Willie & Ruth Hill
Christianity Explored is a 10 week, one evening per week course hosted by
Mr & Mrs W Hill in their home. Attendees (enquirers)
are given the opportunity to examine the claims of Jesus of Nazerith (the
person on whom the whole of Christianity is based).
These are very informal meetings, where questions can be asked and,
hopefully honestly and extensively answered.,
What is Christianity?
Who is (or was) Jesus (of Nazerith)?
Why did He come?
What does it mean to follow Jesus?
Was Jesus a man? or God? or both?
What is a 'born again' Christian?
The above are simply a sample of questions that interested enquirers may
require answers to, or at least an explanation as to what 'born again'
Christians actually believe. Of course, the above is not an exhaustive
list because, undobtably, there will be many other questions you may have.
Kenmuir Church runs a small course that aims to explain who Jesus is,
and what Jesus did and to explore the relevance of this to 21st
Century man and woman. The Christianity Explored
course gives individuals time to explore the claims of this Jesus and
provides a non-threatening time and space to contemplate why it matters
to them personally.
There is no church attendance involved with the course per se, but of
course we pray that having examined the evidence critically that some
(if not all) attending the course will consider whether they should
accept Jesus as their Saviour and Lord.:
